Remedy Entertainment’s CONTROL Resonant arrives on GeForce NOW at launch, bringing Dylan Faden’s extraordinary abilities and a paranatural crisis to a warped Manhattan in the cloud.
Coinciding with the release are the final days of the CONTROL Resonant Ultimate Membership Bundle. Players who purchase a 12-month GeForce NOW Ultimate membership through Sunday, Sept. 27, will receive CONTROL Resonant at no additional cost.
Additionally, GeForce NOW support is coming soon to Googlebooks, which is a new category of laptops designed to combine the best elements of ChromeOS and Android.
Leading a lineup of nine new games this week is DragonSword: Awakening, bringing an anime-style open world to supported devices.
Take Control on the Cloud
Players can explore a warped Manhattan on the brink of paranatural annihilation in Remedy Entertainment’s CONTROL Resonant. By harnessing Dylan Faden’s extraordinary abilities, users can battle the Hiss, the Mold, and other reality-bending threats while searching for his sister, Federal Bureau of CONTROL Director Jesse Faden.
Dylan must master his new powers alongside the ever-changing forms of the Aberrant, his paranatural melee weapon, to confront a cosmic threat that escaped the Oldest House and swept through the city.
Ultimate members can stream this next chapter of the CONTROL franchise utilizing GeForce RTX 5080-class performance in the cloud. This includes NVIDIA DLSS 4, ray tracing, NVIDIA Reflex, and Cinematic Quality Streaming technologies, delivering up to 5K high dynamic range on supported devices. Users can bypass the 100GB local install and expensive PC upgrades to jump straight into the chaos.
The CONTROL Resonant Ultimate Membership Bundle concludes on Sunday, Sept. 27.
Cloud Gaming Meets Googlebooks
GeForce NOW support is arriving soon on Googlebooks, Google’s new category of laptops designed specifically for Gemini Intelligence. Crafted from premium materials for powerful performance, Googlebook features a secure-by-design build utilizing a Titan C chip and multigrade protection to block viruses and keep hackers away. It also allows users to transition smoothly from phone to laptop, accessing phone files and apps directly on the computer.
As Googlebooks roll out this fall, the integration of GeForce NOW support will bring the cloud gaming library to this new laptop category. This allows users to stream recent PC games with GeForce RTX-powered performance without requiring local installations. Availability details will be shared later this year via GeForce NOW social channels.
Awaken the Dragon Sword
After a 60-year slumber, a dragon has awakened, leaving the legacy of six heroes waiting to be discovered.
Hound13’s DragonSword: Awakening transports players to the radiant, anime-style continent of Orbis. Here, Lute begins the journey to become the hero known as the Dragon Sword. Along the way, players can explore meadows, secret cellars, deep seas, caves, and dungeons alongside trusted allies and collectible Familiars.
Users can build teams from 19 heroes, stack Status Ailments using Active Skills, and chain Signal Skills into spectacular tag-team combos. Each character also features an individual story to uncover.
